Almost everybody knows the number 666, the mark of the beast. Supposedly, the one carrying this number will bring chaos to the world. But there is another side of this chaos, number 999, a mysterious boy with no memory of his past. Can he defeat Fate and save the world from chaos? Or will he succumb to the darkness and become one with it?

P R O L O G U E

In our world, there's many things that are hard to understand. Man fears the unknown, and for many years the only thing that has protected them from the darkness is their faith, their faith in God. Christianity blossomed throughout the world, showing people not only what would happen after their death, but also provided them with ways to live their life. But as technology began to flourish through the world, Christianity began to slow down, eventually coming to a near stop. With the information that scientists have gained, much of the early parts of the bible are false. This knowledge was what brought forth the end of the world.

God is real, and high up in Heaven, he looked down upon Earth in shame. Slowly, he was losing his devoted Christians. The only way to stop this was to show them once and for all that he was real. The trumpets sounded, and the revelation began. All of the Christians all over the world were brought into heaven, and those who were not Christians were forced to stay on Earth. Unable to kill his children, God had chosen to give them a second chance.

By two years, the anti-christ had taken over the entire world, having people believe that he was their savior. Christianity was outlawed in this new age, but a few still attempted to continue their faith. If discovered, they were executed on live TV in order to keep the Christians down. 666, a number that would be placed forever in the history books right next to the anti-christ's name: Andrew Remington.

It began to seem as if the entire Earth was in chaos, a chaos which there was no hope. But late one rainy night, a lone boy awakens in the middle of the street, and emblazoned upon his chest is the number: 999.
