What does "Esuora" mean and how was the name thought up???
I'm sure almost everybody who has looked at this site has asked that question, no? Well, let me tell you about the whole idea behind Esuora.
It started off as a blog. I decided that I wanted to have a blog where I could write for people to read. I wanted to inspire others with my work. Unfortunately, my blog was never really read... but that's beside the point!
The blog wasn't a normal old blog though. Since I love creative writing, and making up new characters and such, instead of writing about myself, I decided I would create a character that was like me, but not me. That's where Esuora comes in. Esuora is a character I created that is part wolf, part cheetah (look below for full description). Her full name I decided was going to be Esuora Nevilne Eripsni. What does that mean? Well, look at each word back wards. Arouse, Enliven, Inspire. I wanted people to be aroused by my work, be enlivened, and then inspire others. That's the story behind Esuora and after I realized that my blog would probably never be read, I decided to create a website where other members could write and such.

Imagine a table of photographs, Polaroids to be exact. There are around 15 different images, all spread out, in no certain order.
The first one that catches your eye is a simple image, a head-shot. The creature has the distinct features of a wolf. A dog-like maw protrudes out with a thick black nose surrounded by short white and gray whiskers. Black lips fold over teeth, and although they are not visible, her jaw is well structured and you can tell that there is a great amount of strength in her jowls. Above her muzzle are slate blue eyes. At first glance, they’re nothing special, but they begin to dazzle you as you gaze longer. Their cold color mixed with the soft, almost playful mood attracts you. They are full of wisdom and stories. If you searched hard enough, you could see the world in those eyes. A gentle sloping forehead gives way to two expressive ears, caught in a straight up pose for the camera. There’s also a brown hawks feather pierced through the skin at the base of the ear. Interesting… you think, for you haven’t seen something like this before. The whole face has somewhat of a peaceful aura about it. The glimpse of joyful simplicity in her eyes, the concentration of her face, and the mysterious hawk feather stuck in her ear show a truly magnificent creature. Intelligence flows around her.
The next photograph is her sitting on the edge of a cliff looking at the wonders laid out before her. It is a shot of her full body, showing only her right side. She looks small compared to the vast land spread out before her, and she feels it as well. She has somewhat of a withdrawn look. Some may mistake it for fear of the drop, but it is a much more significant feeling then that. She knows and has experienced the harshness, compassion and spontaneity of the world. Her fur is mostly different shades of gray, some patches lighter and darker because of the sun and shadows that dance oddly on her fur. The only discoloring is on her legs. Murky tan stockings rise up all four of her legs. Black spots seem to be almost painted on top of these gray leggings, the pattern found commonly on cheetahs legs and body. Her legs are long and her body skinny. Her paws, however are quite large, and almost disproportional, a quick change from the build of a cheetah to a wolf. Her body parts change often from the one creature to the other. Those parts of a wolf: head, ears, paws, tail. Those of a cheetah: torso, legs. She’s quite a mix, and once you get past the slight awkwardness of it all, you’ll see she’s a highly elegant creature, not gangly like you may think. And the feather in her ear is not the only odd thing that you’ll find in this image. At the base of her wolf-like tail, there is a red ribbon, tied in a small pretty bow. It’s edges are worm from riding the wind, but not once has it slipped off, and there is no promise of it doing so soon.
The third picture is her, sitting in the rain, her back to us. The fourth is her in a field of flowers. The fifth shows her on a ledge behind a waterfall. They go on and on—pictures of her experiences, snapshots of her life. This is Esuora.
